There are so many things I want to say about that game. I want to discussion the Pistons defense, if that's what you call it. How about he MJ comparisons to how Lebron took over the last part of the 4th, and both OTs from his teammates? I still onctest the Kobe is the most MJ-esque player ou tthere but they way LeBron flattened them is unreal.
Time to place some blame...Let's see...we needn't look any farther than Flip Saunders. King James scores the last 7 pts in regulation. Good for him. Now doulbe him and make someone else carry the load for the Cavs in OT. No? Lebron scores all of Cleveland's points in 1st OT. Hey Flip, can we maybe think about changing the D now? Its a thought. Maybe they wil get to it in the 2nd OT. Nope. That last drive he had against Tayshawn should have never happened. They force him to his left hand and ended up with right. Where was the help? It was no where to be found. THe Pistons let him score the last 25 points of the game for the Cavs.
Yes, Rob, yes. Flip blew the game. Lebron in single coverage? Detroit is just about the most self-motivated team out there, but still, Flip does not seem to be able to get the guys completely focused for these big games.
He doesn't seem to be helping them at all. Are there any good coaches out there?
Who else blew the game? The refs. McDyess could have supplied some of that much-needed help defense late in the game. But no, the refs fell hook, line, and sinker for Varejo's exaggerated flop.
As he often does, he allows his feet to go out from underneath himself, to make the contact look more dramatic. It's not McDyess's fault that this flopping technique led Varejo to crash extremely hard to the floor. What a joke.
I feel like that McDyess call is overlooked big time. I'm with Hawk, he could have provided a lot of energy in a double ot game. My dad says that Varejao is the new Laimbeer, a big dude that gets knocked around too much when he shouldn't. What a flopper.

LeBron has hit some sick shots but how has be played 50 minutes and been called for two fouls?
11 seconds left, if we can just get this thing to triple overtime I will be very confident.
crap.

That should not have happened.
